Dedicated and committed to be with you in your financial planning journey
Prudential Executive Financial Consultant
Some may falter in difficult times but for Nancy Neo, it was her challenges that propelled her to emerge stronger in 2005. Her father had just passed on from an illness, the hospital bills incurred was of an insurmountable amount, and she was suffering from job burnout as an executive in HR. The ordeals made her even more inquisitive about financial planning, and it did not take long for her to realise that making the career switch would be her gateway to a better life.
Through the years of having work-life balance as a financial consultant, she is able to catch up with friends, grow her business, and most importantly, leave an impact on people’s lives.
Breaking the stereotype of a typical financial consultant, she is naturally more of a listener than a talker. Her clients find her to be attentively listening as she analyses their problems with empathy and forging a trustworthy relationship in the process. Always readily available, she is prompt in answering their questions and quick to attend to their needs.
Specialising in Protection, she recalls making claims for a dear friend turned client to take a 1-year work break so she could recover from cervical cancer.
Growth and Giving are the two TAGroup values that she resonates with most. She attends courses for her own betterment, and she gives first before she receives. “Clients don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care for them,” she quoted, referring to the rewarding feeling of helping people from all walks of life.
